This page explains what personal data Duyan Labs handles when you visit duyan.dev or email us, why we handle it and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: the site doesn’t track you, and we only use what you send us to reply and do the work.

Who we are

Duyan Labs is a software lab and outsource team. We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us about anything on this page at [email protected].

What we collect

When you visit the site

The site has no accounts, forms, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it doesn’t set cookies of its own. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so your visit isn’t shared with a font provider.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time of the request. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter out malicious traffic. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy.

When you email us

If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address, your name if you include it, your message and any files you attach. We use this only to reply, to discuss and deliver the work you ask for, and to keep a record of what was agreed.

Why we use it

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent personal data, and we don’t share it for advertising. We only share it with the services we need to run the business, such as our hosting and email providers, or when the law requires it. These providers may store data outside your country; when they do, they are expected to protect it to the standard the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and project records for as long as we are talking or working together, and afterwards only as long as we reasonably need them for follow-up questions or legal records. Hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare for the periods set out in its policy.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Email [email protected] and we’ll reply within 30 days.

Links to other sites

Our work section links to YouTube, Facebook and other sites. If you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply.

Children

The site is meant for businesses and server owners, not for children. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. The current version is always the one at duyan.dev/privacy.
